The Origins Of Men’s Jewellery
Men’s jewellery has grown over a long time from its beginning. While in the western culture, the essence jewellery for women is to merely spruce up her body unlike in the east or old times where men were seen casually wearing jewellery for the sake of their cultural customs
The need for more modern, stronger weapons and desire for more dazzling jewellery pushed the science of producing metals historically, and items of tin, copper, brass, silver, and gold were worn by those of noble birth and well-off upbringing. To this day, gold remains the most popular metals today for use in jewellery, regardless of their only having been something like 160,000 tonnes of gold ever mined and removed by people.
How Jewellery Can Make Men Masculine
Being masculine is having the courage to put on what you long for to. Next time you find mens diamond stud earrings, don’t hesitateto test it on while it is in fashion now.
Chains are worn by most people and also the most up-to-date trends are fashionable and will bode well on anybody. Snake chains, marina chains, box chains and rope chains are some of the most in-demand designs in men’s jewellery which are in great demand.
Cuff links are indispensable in terms of a man’s wardrobe. Usually, girlfriends or wives who would likely love to see their partners alter their attire is by giving them cuff-links.
How Jewellery Is Fashionable
Women at the moment are joined by men who are privileged to put on stylish clothing like jewellery. There are lots of forms of finishing touches out there in the market for men too
They mightwear such embellishments for particular events varying from a date, as a lucky charm, or a night out at the club. Initially, such arrangements were only made by beads, metals, glass, bones, wood, stones, etc.
Wear With Pride
While women have always been able to sport metal or jewelled adornment in the western culture, men have always been more limited within their styles. For example, a man wearing a wedding band didn’t come into question in the fashion world because it signified a partnership to his wife and may even be made as not being worn entirely by choice.
That might sound foul, but the truth is, most traditional men’s rings are seen to be worn, not because the man wants to wear a ring, but because he desires to display a tie or affiliation. Men’s jewellery, in every other case, will lag behind the acceptance of the “cool” jewellery being worn by pierced individuals, but a confidant man, using the right sense of style, can still pull of any piece of jewellery.

Precisely How Jewellery Might Be Your Best Pal
Aside from the sheer pleasure we get from wearing a lovely item of jewellery, owning several displays of gems, treasured stones, silver and other metals has symbolic references for some. Regardless of the value jewellery holds for the individual, it is obvious that jewellery is significant for most cultures for different factors.
In the past when customized jewellery was just seen as being a fashion statement, it had been clear that there was a fine line amid those that have enough moneyto wear finejewellery and those that could only purchase imitations. In terms of jewellery, if the pieces are fine or fashion jewellery isn’t significant in identifying should they complement the attire.
Additionally, jewellery indicates membership in social ventures like fraternities, personal achievements like graduation rings, and family inheritance. On top of that, intrinsic value is added every time a jewellery item is worn or is owned by a superstar. A terrific way to find today’s feeting trends with jewellery is to consider pieces superstars are putting on.
Most stars are very expressive and show their creativity through their accessories. Fans copy the overall look their preferred celebrity sports.
Sterling silver jewellery is iconic within stylish women of every age, specifically bracelets. Mens silver earrings, lightweight, makes a bold statement and also can adjust to different wrist sizes. A silver cuff bracelet, lightweight and bendable, takes its daring statement and as well can adjust to unique wrist sizes.
Paris Hilton and Jennifer Aniston is two best examples of stars who unquestionably love jewellery designs specifically from Tiffany & Co. The same sterling silver jewelleries that celebrities wear are available for a cost-effective cost. The sterling silver jewelleries seen being worn by celebrities could be obtained at an inexpensive price.
To conclude this short article , I hand you a good example of a kind of jewellery that is certainly very popular among celebrities. From celebrities to adolescent girls donning parrot jewellery is one of those quirky fashion statements that is going to be ever so hot this season.
South Americans are lucky to admire these beautiful creatures swarming the skies and flying all-around the rain forests.
Parrot jewellery can be finished with striking vibrant color that’s exciting and irreverent and let’s everyone recognize your mood or it can be more subdued wood pieces that are stained and more often earthen. Jewellery with parrots is rather like a fashion statement that also celebrates our planet and a few of the parrot species which might be either extinct or very near to extinction.

How To Buy Your Diamond Ring With Confidence
Many people approach buying a diamond engagement ring with fear and trepidation. However, shopping for a ring does not have to be this way. In fact, it really can be one of the most joyful experiences for couples who are planning their marriage.
For anyone that is new to getting married, you may know nothing at all about what goes into buying a diamond engagement ring. The thing is though, it is not too hard to learn the basics of this process so that you can go buy one online without too much pressure.
So what is a good first step to take? Try looking at wedding magazines since a number of them have sections that advertise engagement rings. This can be a great outlet to see what ones interest you.
While doing this, it is very wise to have a notebook or scrapbook handy so that when you spot a diamond engagement ring that you really like, you can tear out the sheet and place it in that book for future reference. To keep costs under control, it may even be helpful to your budget to buy a wedding ring set rather than purchase each piece separately.
Furthermore, you need to be certain of your financial state so that you do not overspend on a diamond engagement ring. You need to be realistic with what you can afford. There are other wedding expenses as well besides the ring, so select a style that will fit your budget.
A crash course in the four C’s can provide vital and helpful information for choosing the right ring: color, clarity, carat weight, and cut. The diamond’s color and grade affects the price of a ring and grades can range from D to Z+.
The letter grading system for grading is very different from high school and you will want your diamond to be graded a D, E or F grade, since these are the most favored color choices. Any diamond that is graded with one of those letters means it is completely stunning!
You can find different charts on the Internet or in a jewelry store for color grades. It is not hard to understand each of the color grades so that you know that you are not buying an inferior diamond ring.
Also, many couples do settle for a slightly lesser grade of color and still end up with a gorgeous ring. Grades G, H and I are still considered highly desirable and may be easier on the budget.
Clarity is also a very important factor when purchasing a ring and can be described as what flaws can be seen – or are impossible to detect – as one looks into a diamond. Again, the grading system is unique for clarity, with an F being practically perfect.
However, this does not mean that the engagement ring is completely without flaws with the grade of F, but it means that you won’t be able to see any with the naked eye. For that, you will have to magnify it 10x with a scope, but even grades below F are highly desirable.
The term carat is often misunderstood, but it actually refers to the weight of the diamond engagement ring rather than the size. Two diamonds of the same size can weigh very differently.
The value of a diamond engagement ring will be directly linked to the clarity, carat and color. This is what the entire package includes.
In short, the value of the ring is not determined by one factor alone. Of course, large rings tend to attract more attention than smaller ones but a tiny ring with better clarity and color can be worth more than the higher carat weight ring, even if they are not perceived to be as valuable.
The cut of the diamond is the last factor that will come into play in determining its worth. This will highly depend on the skill of the diamond craftsmen cutting the stone. If you wish to better understand the cut, keep looking at other diamonds to learn.
Each tiny facet, slant and slope of the diamond is a part of the total cut. Diamonds with a perfect cut will have 58 facets and reflect light precisely and brilliantly, giving a stunning effect. By comparing different diamonds, it may be easy to see whether the cut is ideal (perfect to the eye), shallow or deep cut.
A perfectly cut diamond will stand out above the rest, reflecting the light hitting it beautifully. You do not have to be an expert in this field to notice the difference and if you have learned enough about cut, color, clarity and carat, you will be able to buy a diamond engagement ring that is right for you and and feel confident about your purchase.

Quick Excerpts Of Wedding And Proposal Stories
Glenn and I met at a mutual friends’ house one night 7 years ago. It was definitely love at first sight as we have never left each others’ side since and are still so blissfully happy as when we first met. Glenn proposed on Valentine’s Day 2007, 5 years later, at the Adelaide Botanical Gardens after a picnic lunch in lush surrounds with the background of flowing water. It was such a surprise and the most memorable experience of my life.
I was on an Oktoberfest tour in Germany and Ben was my tour guide. I thought he was very good looking and full of personality as I’m sure did most of the girls on the tour. We chatted on the bus home and he mentioned that he had moved out of his share house in London and needed a place to stay or “doss” (backpacker term). I offered my lounge room and he took me up on it and the relationship grew from there. We stayed in London a couple more years and then backpacked around USA, Canada and Sth America before heading home. Whilst in Peru in South America we decided to trek the Inca Trail. After five days of very little sleep, very little food and heaps of walking we reached machu picchu the famous Inca ruins. It was here at sunrise overlooking the ruins that Ben asked me to marry him. Exhausted as we were it was a beautiful proposal and of course I said yes!
We decided to have an autumn wedding, a year after Pierre proposed. I had dreamed of my wedding since I was a little girl so I was eager to start planning. I had in my mind the dress Ii always dreamed of, the typical princess dress. After a day of trying on wedding dresses, the last wedding dress I tried on was perfect, once I had it on I knew this was the dress. The wedding dress was embroidered with Swarovski crystals and had a train that was over a meter long. The Bridesmaids wore melon pink backless gowns embroidered with Swarovski crystals. The groomsmen wore light gray suits with a crisp white shoe which complimented the bridesmaids dresses. The whole theme I wanted for our wedding was classy, elegant and chic.
We had a very casual ceremony on the pier as the sun was coming up. It was magical. Our wedding reception was held at the Full Moon Hotel, Sandgate Queensland. We had a buffet breakfast and could not have asked any more of the staff. They were wonderful and made sure everything was perfect.
I just love the smell in the air when summer turns to autumn in Townsville, and I remember waking up to a glorious day of sunshine and that special smell in the room. I had only gone to bed at midnight after we managed to fit in a one hour dance lesson for our bridal party and parents, a rehearsal of our dance at the Casino, meeting up with Richard DeChazal my amazing hair and makeup artist, and writing my speech! The whole morning I just couldn’t grasp the concept that this was actually my wedding day! I remember feeling exceptionally calm and relaxed, but at the same time excited like a little girl. The morning flew by and before I knew it my wedding photographer had arrived. Unfortunately, we were running late by this time and we weren’t able to get photos taken before we left. This is probably the only thing I regret most about the day. Other than that small hiccup, the rest of day went as planned and was even more beautiful than I could imagine. We arrived at the Cathedral in a horse and carriage, which made for an exciting entrance. The Ceremony was just beautiful with the string quartet playing Unchained Melody as my Dad and I walked down the aisle. I wasn’t teary at all, we had both been waiting a long time for this moment, and after all this time and all the planning, it had finally come together. Our wedding reception was just stunning; fairy lights and candles adorned the marquee in absolute elegance. Our wedding waltz was one of the highlights of the night, with the dance being a combination of our waltz routine from competition days and some contemporary lifts and choreography to make it more interesting. Over all the day was just a fairytale wedding that couldn’t have been more perfect. As my Dad mentioned in his speech, “Rohan, the magician, the only man who can turn a Princess into a Prince!
On our 4th year anniversary Ty proposed on bended knee in the lounge room of the first home we purchased together, it was very memorable as Ty is usually so good with words but he was so nervous that could barely get all of the words out that he wanted to say.

Quick Excerpts Of Wedding And Proposal Stories Part 3
In February 2002 Ben decided we were going on a holiday. All I was told was to bring a change of clothes for the week, togs, and a nice dress. On the night of Valentines, we had a stretch limo to Cowrie where we had a stunning sea food course with sparkling white wine. He kept staring at me all night I got paranoid I had something on my face, to which he answered, “Can’t I stare at the one I love?” he looked so nervous. I thought it was the sea food! After dessert, we were taken back to our cottage where we then left for a walk along the beach. He then stopped, told me how special I was to him and wanted to spend the rest of his life with me, got down on one knee and proposed. There was a beaming beach light behind me, which reflected on Ben and the beach like the perfect moonlit night. I was so happy and excited I squealed, jumped up and down and said yes. Of course I hugged him. We were so lost in the moment that we totally forgot about the ring until we were about to walk back to our cottage. It was perfect.
We had a Catholic ceremony at the Sacred Heart Church at Rosalie. It is truly a beautiful church with lots of stained glassed windows, high ceilings, it was just so picture perfect! Our reception followed at the Botanical Gardens at Mt Cootha. The day was so romantic, yet fun and exciting at the same time. We had friends from overseas and interstate, which made our wedding even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a more spectacular wedding day. We only wish the day didn’t go by so quickly. We would give the world to do it all again, but we have our memories to look back on and cherish always.
Three years later on that very same day Jas took me out for a romantic dinner overlooking the Murray River for our anniversary. After dinner we sat on a park bench whereby Jas surprised me, by asking me to marry him. He presented me with a silver box which contained a cut out picture of a diamond ring. It popped out to me when I opened it. I couldn’t believe it. I was ecstatic and I kept on having to ask him if he was serious before I could really digest what had actually happened. Naturally I said “Yes” and afterwards we went and had ice-cream, and took a romantic stroll along the river. I was still in disbelief, but on cloud nine just the same.
We were married on Main Beach, Noosa Heads, on a small grassy clearing which seemed to be made just for us. We had the water and sand in the background, so the guests had something lovely to look at whilst we were professing our love for each other…in case they got bored (ha, ha). Mark looked so handsome, very smart and he was in all black with a charcoal tie. Jackson was matching!
Benn proposed twice! Once in December, in a very spontaneous moment while we were relaxing on holidays down at Narooma and again a month later when we picked up my engagement ring from an antique store in Braidwood, which we had discovered on the way home from the coast in December.
Leo and I met in March 1999 one night when I was out with friends, and not really looking to meet anyone. Little did I know I would find my Mr Right! We chatted a few times, I thought he was really cute, smart, funny and rather charming. We started dating and the more we got to know each other, the more we fell in love and the rest, as they say, is history! Leo proposed on the 1st September 2001, I will always remember the date being the first day of Spring. We were at a hotel in Canberra – it was perfect!
